A sneak peak of the Phase 2 clubhouse

With the application for phase 2 currently underway, we would like to share one of the major benefits of phase 2 for existing and new residents. As such, we are extremely excited to share the first designs for the clubhouse expansion that will be done for Phase 2.
When we briefed Sagnelli, we wanted a building that encapsulated "bush-lodge" luxury. It needed to be modular in order to cater for the additional home-owners over time and be built in 3 phases. The club-house needed to be a place where residents could meet and socialize in a relaxed environment; spend some quality family, quiet time or even get active playing tennis, swimming or using the gym.
The initial designs are amazing and incorporate a small gym and change rooms, with an outdoor lap pool where the current building is. The area around the existing pool will have a braai area on the one side, a relaxing day-bed area, overlooking the watering hole and a boma and timber decking area on the southern side, alongside the jungle-gym and tennis court.
